***ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS LONGER THAN USUAL AS WE WORK TO SAFELY PROCESS YOUR ORDER***

Shipping - Your order will be sent out typically within 3 - 5 business days of ordering.

• Estimated shipping delivery times: USA3-5 business days; Canada 5-10 business days.
• International shipping:International shipments may incur customs fees. Each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on factors like weight, size and value. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 
• Order never arrived:If your order did not arrive, please be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at simplicityrevived@gmail.com referencing your order number and we will assist you.
• Size- Our clothes are cut for a fashionable shape. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you are unsure about the appropriate size, we recommend you order the next size larger. 

Return Policy - Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order shipment date. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• Damaged items– If your item arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with us within a week to work at resolving the issue.
• Wrong size If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size on the garment matches the size listed on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get it resolved. If you'd like a different size, please get in touch with us at simplicityrevived @gmail.com and we'll inform you of the next steps.
